The Sr. Electrical Engineer will have a dual role within the Electronic Product Design Department, splitting their time approximately equally over each of the following:

»Develop design changes to current products that will implement newer
integrated circuit designs or component technologies as they become feasible or necessary.
»Solve problems identified in the customers use of the products.
»Solve problems that have been identified during the manufacturing process.

»The Engineer will work with various electrical design teams during the prototype evaluation phases.
The Engineer will be given responsibility to analyze the performance of a specific subsection
of an electronic product design and to propose/ implement design changes that arise from the investigations.

»The engineer will learn how to evaluate a design at a level of competence that will allow us to
confidently proceed to mass production of hundreds of thousands of units annually.

»The Engineer will perform experiments, analyze and present results to aid in our
understanding of specific phenomena as they may impact our designs of new products.

»The Engineer will be responsible for working in a group which performs advanced
development and systems architecture of our products. You will be expected to explore
new technologies and product concepts and will new architect products.

The Electrical Engineer should have knowledge of how CD, DVD and music storage products are engineered.
The Engineer should also have analog and digital design experience with 5+ years of experience for systems with analog, digital, and embedded software content.

but not a hard requirement. Familiarity with high volume product development and meeting EMI, U/L, FCC, CSA, etc. is a plus.

The Design Draftsperson will work from existing drawings, sketches and verbal instructions and use AutoDesk's Inventor design software to create drawings incorporating new product designs for manufacturing and assembly purposes. This is a contract position that could potentially lead to a direct position

The Field Support Technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining well sites, storage tanks, pumping facilities and some treatment equipment. This he/she will also install and repair meters, flush fire hydrants and other related duties in support of a municipal water supply and distribution system. This position requires at least 2 years of experience supporting a municipal water supply on the distribution side of their operation. A Grade 1 Water license is not required but it would be a plus. To be considered for this position, the applicant must has valid driver's license and a good driving record. The rate of pay for this position is between $17 - $21.00/hour with a great benefits package, overtime and on-call pay every 3rd week.

Setup and operation Swiss Type Screw Machines (Citizen) to produce precision parts as per print. The Machinist will also be responsible inspection procedures to verify conformance to print specification. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 years of experience working with Swiss Screw Machines. Experience with Tornos and Citizens is a plus. We have 2 positions currently available, one is a day shift position and the other is on the 2nd shift.

Southern NH machine shop has an excellent opportunity for mid-level CNC machinist. Ideal candidate will be self motivated and will have 5 or more years experience in CNC machine set up and operations with CNC vertical machining centers as well as CNC horizontal lathes. Extensive experience with Mazak, Fanuc, or Hurco controls desirable. Must be able to interpret blue prints, as well as work from written or verbal instructions. Experience with ANSI Y14.5 M and military standards preferred.

Requires working knowledge of hand-held micrometers, pitch micrometers, optical comparator, height gages, and thread measuring gages. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and possess basic computer skills. Experience in the measurement of geometric tolerancing is required. 1 to 5 years direct experience in a quality related position and GED/High School education also required.

Responsible for utilizing Citizen Swiss Multi-Axis Lathes in a job shop environment machining both long and short-run jobs. Will operate turning equipment to produce precision components while maintaining quality and efficiency. Programming and set-up experience is a plus. To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with conventional CNC lathe or similar Swiss machines, CNC Horizontal or Eurotech machines. Knowledge of manufacturing practices and ability to read and interpret blueprints required. GED/High School education required. Conventional and CNC lathe set-up machinists are encouraged to apply.

There are several Machinist positions available on first and second shift. The position requires experience in making a variety of parts to close tolerance using Bridgeports, Lathes and Grinders. Good math, trigonometry background and familiarity with geometric tolerances required. Prior experience in the Microwave field preferred.

We have a position in our CNC area for a Machinist / Operator. The position requires hands-on experience with 3-axis Machining Centers. Must have sufficient programming skills utilizing all Fanus "G" codes and the ability to loop sub programs. Must have the ability to aid in the development, debugging and storing of programs by the programmers.

The CNC Lathe Machinist at TURBOCAM is responsible for the operation, set-up and utilization of the CNC Lathe and support machine procedures for the prototyping and production of machine products.

• 3 years experience as a CNC Lathe operator

Qualified candidates will be able to safely and efficiently operate Tool Room machinery, as needed, to produce machined components to specifications from prints, sketches or using an existing component as a reference. Must be able to troubleshoot, repair, verify and maintain basic progressive stamping and single operation tooling. This position may require lifting, pulling or pushing up to 100 lbs. Experience is required.

Qualified candidates will be able to safely operate manual single stroke and continuous feed stamping presses. Task include manually loading parts on and off the press, operating OBI, gap frame and C-frame presses to standard production requirements, keep accurate records of production information, packaging finished goods and maintaining proper housekeeping. This position may require lifting, pulling or pushing up to 100 lbs. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include: the safe operation of precision CNC machine tools. The successful associate will be expected to become certified in a minimum of two cells.

Also, the qualified Associate must be quality conscious, capable of complex set- ups, willing to follow documented procedures, participate in Hypertherm's Continuous Improvement Activities (CIA) program and be able to work in a team based atmosphere. This Associate will also be asked to actively participate in, and improve the visual workplace of the area, follow lean manufacturing practices, and complete secondary operations as needed. Most importantly, the qualified candidate will be a "self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player", not afraid of doing what is necessary to accomplish business and team goals.
